Join Close Brothers Vehicle Hire Team where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration and processing of information relating to the vehicle fleet in the areas of Legal/compliant events on all HGV and LCV vehicles. Additionally, you will be responsible for the control of all costs relating to scheduling & compliance.
Responsibilities- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
- Handle all Legal/compliance events on HGV/LCV vehicles following company procedures and guidelines, in line with customer operators' licence and DVSA requirements, ensuring minimum disruption to customers' operation.
- Responsibility for forward planning all scheduled legal events within set timescales, such as PMI safety inspection, MOT, Tail lift inspections, Tacho and fridge services. This is to be accomplished by running activity reports, liaising with customers and suppliers, building a working relationship with all internal & external customers & suppliers.
- Process all legal documentation and ensure these are scanned and uploaded in a timely manner on to the CBVH systems, using external data management systems to extract all relevant legal documentations.
- Manage suppliers and raising of purchase order numbers, ensuring costs are controlled following company procedures and guidelines also supplier service level agreements are adhered to.
- Ensure that all Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information so that CVS Live has the correct customer visibility.
- You are organised and attentive to detail.
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- You are computer literate.
- Had previous experience in vehicle hire.
