Working as part of the Broker Solutions team our ideal team member will have previous experience in being the initial and primary contact for brokers on the proposal/customer journey with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work in tandem with the Broker Development Managers (External Sales) to provide exceptional service to our Brokers.
  • Engage with Brokers via telephone and email to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding assistance.
  • Provide assistance to our brokers and our internal Credit and Operation teams with processing of new proposals, ensuring full implementation of ‘Triage’ Process.
  • Strive to exceed performance metrics and business SLA’s, including proposal submissions and conversion rates.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our internal systems.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

  • The ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments.
  • Proven experience in customer service, relationship management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in handling customer enquiries and resolving issues with a customer‑centric approach.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Numerate and analytical ability.
It is not essential but it would be great if you have:
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Previous knowledge of the Financial Services industry and in a similar customer facing role.
