Clos Maggiore in Covent Garden is one of London’s most successful, best known and highly respected restaurants and is recruiting chefs at all levels - Demi and Chef de Partie.
Salary from £24,000 up to £40,000 per annum.
Privately owned, the restaurant has a long-standing reputation as one of the world’s most romantic restaurants featuring one of the world’s great wine lists and serving exceptional French cuisine.
We are looking for chefs that have high-end/Michelin experience and are used to that environment coupled with an excellent work ethic.
You will be working with excellent quality ingredients creating stunning seasonal dishes within this busy, fine dining environment.
Due to the busy nature of the role, you will need to be organized, happy working under pressure and great at working in a team.
