Sitting within the Commercial eCommerce team, this high-impact role combines digital shelf expertise, commercial acumen and strong brand instinct across two distinctive brands and categories: Burt’s Bees in Beauty and Ever Clean in Pet Care (premium cat litter), spanning Amazon EU5 and Zooplus.

Working in close partnership with Account Sales Leads who own the customer relationship, commercial targets, innovation agenda and channel plans you will drive the digital shelf, content and search strategies that convert those plans into sales.

In this role, you will:

  • Turn consumer, customer and performance insights into strategies that improve product discoverability, conversion, market share and profitable sales growth.
  • Help determine how our brands show up, perform and grow within some of Europe’s most important online retail environments.
  • Shape strategy, influence investment decisions and identify new opportunities for growth, while working closely with senior commercial and marketing stakeholders across the business.
  • Take ownership of key eCommerce growth levers across digital shelf, content, search, advertising and the overall online brand experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with Account Sales Leads, Brand and Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other partners to create a connected online consumer experience.
  • Translating brand, customer and channel strategies into clear eCommerce growth plans for Burt’s Bees and Ever Clean.
  • Using sales, search, advertising, digital shelf and consumer behaviour data to identify opportunities and turn insight into action.
  • Optimising online content and digital assets to strengthen the consumer journey and improve conversion.
  • Shaping Amazon advertising, search and display strategy, ensuring investment supports commercial and brand objectives.
  • Monitoring sales, market share, conversion, content and advertising performance and providing clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Leading external agency partners, establishing clear briefs, priorities and KPIs and holding partners accountable for delivery.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, accruals and agency investment with strong financial discipline.

Your work will directly influence how consumers find, experience and purchase our brands online. Success in the role will mean improving digital shelf quality and product visibility, strengthening conversion and advertising efficiency, and ultimately contributing to profitable sales and market share growth.

You’ll also help shape the future of our eCommerce business, identifying emerging opportunities and helping Clorox expand its presence across customers, marketplaces and digital channels.

  • A clear understanding of how these levers influence discoverability, consumer experience, conversion and profitable growth.
  • The ability to analyse complex sales, customer and performance data and turn insights into clear priorities and measurable actions.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with an understanding of brands, consumers and the online customer journey.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders, markets or workstreams.
  • Experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable against agreed objectives and KPIs.
  • Strong budget management, forecasting and performance-reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
