This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Environmental Lawyer to play a key role in supporting a leading UK infrastructure business.
The role involves delivering high-quality legal advice on environmental, some planning, and regulatory issues across a range of capital, operational and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with project teams to manage risk, ensure compliance, and enable the successful delivery of major developments.
The position requires a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with proven experience in environmental and planning law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
About you:
- Qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX) with post-qualification experience in environmental and/or planning law.
- Experience advising on infrastructure or major capital projects would be preferred.
- Ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents confidently.
- Comfortable identifying legal risks and providing practical, business-focused solutions.
- Collaborative and proactive, able to work with multiple stakeholders across operational and project teams.
