This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed in-house Infrastructure Enabling Team, supporting the Town and Country Planning Lead across a diverse portfolio of major capital and infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective use of permitted development rights and in securing planning consents in line with Town and Country Planning legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver small to medium planning consents for capital programmes, managing all related activities.
  • Work collaboratively within project teams to optimise permitted development opportunities.
  • Advise and support on all consents required for construction projects.
  • Contribute to policy, regulatory and strategic advice affecting consents delivery.
