This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Health & Safety Advisor to join an expanding team, who support capital delivery and construction projects across multiple sites. The role involves providing practical health and safety advice, carrying out inspections and audits and supporting project teams to ensure compliance with legislation and CDM 2015.
Key Responsibilities- Provide health and safety advice to project and site teams
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Support compliance with health and safety legislation and internal standards
- Provide guidance on high-risk activities including temporary works, excavations, service avoidance, chemical storage, and CDM
- Coach and support project managers and supervisors on health and safety matters
- Experience in a health and safety advisory role within construction or capital delivery
- Good working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
- NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent, with CertIOSH or above
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Involvement in live capital and infrastructure projects
