This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding international business which is looking to grow its competition team and is now looking for a talented Manager to join them.
The team deals with a range of Competition and Anti-Trust aspects; they also provide Monitoring Trustee services where they act as Monitoring Trustee on behalf of competition regulators to monitor parties compliance with structural or behavioural remedies.
The team, largely based in London on a hybrid basis, provides economic advice to clients across a broad range of engagements. The team typically works with clients at board level, offering interesting and varied work, providing excellent career and personal development /advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
They span several functional areas, with core skills ranging from competition economics, econometrics, economic policy evaluation and impact assessment, economic strategy, Finance, Legal, EU & CMA regulation/competition laws, independent compliance, Third party compliance, forensics,Deferred Prosecution, litigation, monitory strategy etc.
Successful applicants will: –
• Be able to manage others and build excellent relationships.
• You will be managing a team of multi disciplined staff including Lawyers,Accountants, Economists and analysts
• Deliver high quality advice and analysis to internal and external clients on all aspects of competition
• Prepare quantitative, qualitative evidence both in verbal and written reports, to provide insight and value to their clients
• Work with and build relationships with a range of clients in the UK and Internationally
• Successful candidates will have come from either an Accountancy, Economics,Regulation, Compliance, or a legal background.
