We’re looking for a PMO Systems Integration Training Lead to play a critical role in how project and programme controls are rolled out and embedded across a large-scale capital delivery portfolio. You will lead the coordination, design and delivery of technical training across systems such as Primavera P6, SAP, and PIM. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that combines technical training with change enablement, internal communications, and continuous improvement. You’ll engage with delivery teams, functional specialists, and senior stakeholders to drive capability uplift and long-term adoption of new tools, processes, and standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering Training & Building Capability:
Design and deliver structured technical training programmes using blended learning methods (in-person, virtual, and digital). Support users with coaching, guidance, and self-serve resources.
Embedding Change & Driving Improvement:
Ensure smooth adoption of systems, tools, and processes. Gather feedback, refine materials, and act as a change agent for continuous improvement across the business.
Aligning with P3M3 & Best Practice:
Help assess and uplift PMO maturity against the P3M3 model. Support maturity assessments and track improvement plans.
Internal Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
Promote the value of training and tools through compelling internal messaging. Develop a strong internal identity for the PMO as a Centre of Excellence.
About You:
Proven experience in designing and delivering training in project/programme or PMO environments
Strong working knowledge of project controls tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, PIM)
Familiarity with P3M3 or similar maturity models
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
Able to influence across functions and support cultural and behavioural change
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with teams at different levels of capability
