Front of House Assistant – (part-time, 5hrs per day Mon-Fri)

London, Chiswick – £14.75 per hour

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering five-star service? We\’re looking for a friendly and professional individual to provide a warm welcoming outlook with outstanding support to clients and guests.

This role is perfect for someone with a high-end customer service background who enjoys interacting with people and creating a great first impression. Along with reception duties, you\’ll also assist with various administrative tasks.

You\’ll be joining a well known industry leading brand that truly values its team, offering a fantastic work environment. Plus, you’ll be working in a modern building with top-tier facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet all visitors with a warm, professional welcome and assist with meetings, seminars, and events.
  • Support meeting hosts by ensuring bookings and client requirements are managed smoothly.
  • Answer calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Follow security procedures, ensuring all visitors display the correct passes.
  • Work closely with reception, Front of House teams, service desks, catering, cleaning, and security to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Assist with client and guest parking requests
  • Assist with client locker requests and key programming

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and guests.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Background in a corporate or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to offer a personalised experience by remembering client preferences.
