Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Inverness location. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, carry out surveys and produce quotations, sales development, ensure service quality, and manage staff, providing leadership while driving team performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring customer inquiries
- Coordinating schedules
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Optimizing efficiency and profitability
- Overseeing inventory management
- Creating relationships with clients
- Identifying business opportunities to grow sales and enhance service offerings
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills with experience in team supervision and development

- Knowledge of logistics, storage, and removal business operations
