We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing vehicle refurbishment business that is expanding its team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic workshop and play a key role in preparing vehicles for painting and finishing. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in high-quality results, and want to be part of a team that’s growing and developing, this could be the role for you.
The Role:
You will prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding and masking, ensuring all surfaces are clean and ready for paint application. You will assist paint sprayers, maintain a tidy work area, and support other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in vehicle preparation and masking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety in a workshop environment
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 – £40,000 per year
- 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown
- Bonus and benefits package under review
- Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm
