We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker / Site Supervisor / Maintenance Operative to join our client's busy estates team. The role involves providing a secure and welcoming environment by conducting regular patrols, monitoring access control points, CCTV systems, and ensuring the safety of staff and visitors. You will support the maintenance team with repairs, DIY tasks, and general building repairs, as well as assist with logistical duties such as setting up rooms for events, receiving deliveries, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the premises.
