Are you an organised, friendly, and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing professional, proactive, and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and effective administrative and clerical support
- Maintain up-to-date records and assist with office tasks as needed
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors
- Handle incoming calls, directing or assisting with enquiries efficiently
- Support the wider office team to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure that visitors and members of the community are greeted and welcomed in a warm and professional manner
- Deal efficiently, professionally and effectively with all telephone and visitor providing advice, answers and information to the caller where possible
What our client is looking for:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Educated to GCSE Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent and effective administrative skills
- Excellent ICT skills and proficient in all MS office applications
- Good organisational skills, particularly concerning data handling and the maintenance of records
- Ability to work independently using own initiative and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain an orderly working environment but be flexible to cope with interruptions and changing priorities
