Our client is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee complex billing processes and manage a team. Candidates must have expertise in telecoms billing, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Manage systems and processes for customer accounts, billing profiles, and provisioning orders. * Oversee monthly billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and resolving errors prior to invoice processing. * Handle billing queries and provide analytical reports. * Ensure compliance with SLAs for ticket management and query resolution. * Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processes. * Approve supplier invoices and manage purchase ledger activity. * Deliver training and support for billing systems. * Escalate and resolve complaints efficiently. Requirements: * Proven experience in team management and telecoms billing. * Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups) and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities. * Flexible, organised, and customer focused.
