We're looking for a proactive and motivated Graduate Sales Adviser for a 12 Month FTC to join a leading global consumer goods organisation.
In this field-based role, you'll partner with independent retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations and regional accounts, helping them unlock commercial opportunities and drive product performance across their stores.
- What you'll be doing
- Managing your own geographical territory
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with shop owners and key decision-makers
- Advising retailers on product availability, merchandising and category performance
- Negotiating trading agreements and identifying commercial opportunities
- Delivering against agreed sales and distribution targets
- Analysing store and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Educating retailers and store teams on products, promotions and best practices
- Planning and executing activities to maximise business performance across your territory
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
- Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation ability
- Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own territory effectively
