Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing warehouse operation in Guildford. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day warehouse team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards across the operation.
Job Function:
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team
- Overseeing picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
- Monitoring stock levels and warehouse organisation
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Driving efficiency and maintaining productivity levels
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse supervisory/team leader experience
- Proactive and organised approach
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Shift Pattern:
5 days in 7 on a 5-week rotation, including: 1 full weekend, 1 Sunday shift.
