Our client, a thriving, family-owned business with a loyal customer base and a great reputation, is looking for a motivated and commercially minded General Manager - Retail & E-Commerce to lead their Shop and e-commerce operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail and digital sales experience to take ownership of a key revenue stream and drive business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Full P&L responsibility, ensuring sales, profit, and KPIs are met
- Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service
- Growing shop and e-commerce sales while identifying new revenue opportunities
- Creating financial reports, analysing performance, and implementing action plans
- Managing stock, budgets, and daily operations efficiently
- Ensuring top-quality standards in the Shop
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years' experience in retail management, ideally in a fast-paced environment
