We are seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor to join our client in Chertsey.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions within the UK operation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, supporting employee relations, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week), offering flexibility to work over three full days or five half-days, with significant opportunities for long-term career progression as the business expands.
Working closely with senior management and supported remotely by the Group HR Director in South Africa, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee experience and maintaining HR best practices across the organisation.
Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
Experience managing employee relations and absence processes.
Ability to prepare payroll information for external providers.
Strong organisational and administration skills, with confidentiality at the core.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
