The Role
- Programming CNC milling machines from technical drawings (online and offline)
- Setting and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components
- Working to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
- Managing tooling, monitoring wear, and maintaining accuracy
- Working independently while contributing to a small, skilled team
- Communicating progress and issues with line management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CNC milling experience (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Programming knowledge using OneCNC and/or Edgecam
- Experience with Haas and Matsuura machines
- Time-served apprenticeship advantageous but not essential
- Own basic tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
