We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate for our client based in Crewe. This role is an ongoing temporary position and you must be available to start immediately.
ABOUT THE JOB:
You will provide a co-ordinated first class level of customer service to all internal and external customers acting as a central HUB for all stakeholders, through building a good rapport and seeking to find effective solutions. You will be working in a fast paced environment with multiple deadline requirements and regulatory restrictions, where you will be responsible for order capture, monitoring and billing; enquiries and complaints resolution and escalation management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous Experience working in a Customer Service environment
- Ability to analyse complex complaints & customer feedback issues
- A good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Experience of SAP would be an advantage
This is an ongoing temporary contract paying £14.83 per hour, and is a Hybrid based role after initial training period.
