Our client, a thriving, family-owned business with a loyal customer base and a great reputation is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager to support our retail operations. This is not your typical retail role – it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and conducting tastings
- Assisting with stock control, including lifting and moving cases
- Handling phone calls, emails, customer orders, and general admin tasks
- Supporting sales and day-to-day retail operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
- Helping with events and tours, ensuring a great customer experience
- Assisting with social media content and customer engagement
- Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a brewery or drinks-related setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25kg safely
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with social media and content creation
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
