Our client, a thriving, family-owned business with a loyal customer base and a great reputation is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager to support our retail operations. This is not your typical retail role – it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and conducting tastings
  • Assisting with stock control, including lifting and moving cases
  • Handling phone calls, emails, customer orders, and general admin tasks
  • Supporting sales and day-to-day retail operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
  • Helping with events and tours, ensuring a great customer experience
  • Assisting with social media content and customer engagement
  • Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous retail experience, ideally in a brewery or drinks-related setting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg safely
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with social media and content creation
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
