Are you a great communicator with a fun personality and the ability to connect with young people and staff? Our client is looking for an efficient, hardworking Assistant Caretaker with, the ability to carry out a full range of maintenance tasks. Assistant Caretaker duties will consist of the following: Assist with the management of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Carry out routine maintenance tasks e.g. changing fuses and minor repairs Ensure the grounds are safe, clean and tidy. Assisting with ‘Goods Inwards’ deliveries Capture data and CCTV images for security purposes. Assistant Caretaker required skills: An affinity with young people and appreciation of the challenges and behaviour associated.
