Our client, a well-established IT services provider, is seeking a 2nd Line Support Consultant to deliver responsive, high-quality onsite technical support. This role focuses on escalated issue resolution, endpoint management, and close collaboration with 1st line and wider technical teams. You’ll be a visible, knowledgeable presence onsite, ensuring users receive clear communication and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated tickets from 1st Line support
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365 and connectivity issues
  • Deploy and configure devices via Intune or imaging
  • Package and deploy approved applications
  • Provide Mac support across the estate
  • Support video conferencing troubleshooting and escalate to 3rd parties where required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the knowledge base

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Windows OS and M365 troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Intune and endpoint management
  • Basic network troubleshooting capability
  • Clear documentation and root cause analysis skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-focused mindset

What’s On Offer:

  • Salary range is dependent on experience
  • 35-hour working week (between 8am–7pm, Mon–Fri)
  • Fully onsite at customer premises
  • 25 days holiday rising to 30
