We're looking for a proactive and motivated Agile Business Adviser for a 12 Month FTC to join a leading global consumer goods organisation. In this field-based role, based in Central and North West London area. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic role? In this role you'll partner with independent retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations and regional accounts, helping them unlock commercial opportunities and drive product performance across their stores.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own geographical territory
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with shop owners and key decision-makers
- Advising retailers on product availability, merchandising and category performance
- Negotiating trading agreements and identifying commercial opportunities
- Delivering against agreed sales and distribution targets
- Analysing store and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Educating retailers and store teams on products, promotions and best practices
- Planning and executing activities to maximise business performance across your territory

- Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
- Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation ability
- Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own territory effectively
- Comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance
