The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified RICS-registered valuer to join a growing rural valuation team covering the West of England and Wales. Working from the Shrewsbury office, you’ll undertake valuations across a diverse portfolio of rural assets, including farms, estates, diversified holdings, and natural capital projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work alongside a national network of experienced valuers. Applications are also welcome from candidates with specialist or sector-focused experience looking to transition into the rural sector.
The Ideal Candidate:
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Minimum two years’ post-qualified experience
- Strong organisational and client relationship skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work
- Proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
- Full UK driving licence
