Quality Engineer Role Overview:
As a Quality Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert for quality systems and special processes, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and adherence to industry standards. You will be responsible for managing customer complaints, maintaining quality management systems, and overseeing audit plans to support business excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for quality systems and special processes.
- Manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and root cause analysis.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) while incorporating new corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure technical compliance of chemical processing controls.
- Manage calibration compliance and oversee the development of work instructions.

- Lead and coordinate business reviews to drive quality performance.
