£12.25per hour + 28 Days Holiday + Enhanced Overtime Rate
Shifts: 7:30AM – 4:30PM Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility based in Ellesmere This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work within a supportive and team-focused environment.

The Production Operator Role –

Operating machinery used in the production of concrete products

Preparing and pouring concrete into moulds and ensuring correct curing processes are followed

Assisting with the demoulding and finishing of concrete components

Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards

Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised

Moving raw materials and finished products around the factory using manual handling techniques or equipment

Completing basic production records and data entry

The Ideal Candidate –

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable, ideally within a construction or heavy materials environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules

A good team player who can also work independently when required

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
