£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Permanent opportunity in Caersws

Full time 8am-5pm (30 Minute lunch break)

Additional benefits:

  • 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays). Increases with length of service
  • 6 days paid sick pay in a rolling 12-month period

The Role:

Operations Administrator required to progress agreed sales orders/contracts through to completion. This is a varied role which requires a candidate with excellent customer service and administration skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:

  • Progress orders/contracts/handovers from Sales Team - raising & issuing purchase orders to suppliers, co-ordinating deliveries/installs with client and site teams to the agreed contract terms ensuring order/contracts are progressed through continual review, in a timely manner.
  • Collate weekly KPI's, invoice/creditor/debtor/time sheets/reports for Director's review.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport and install teams.
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are collated, matched and posted on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with accounts team to ensure invoices are issued on delivery/project completion.
  • Negotiate discounted payment terms with suppliers, when appropriate.

Candidate requirements:

  • Background in customer service, administration, or purchasing.
  • Proven track record of going above and beyond in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • IT literate.
  • Construction background would be highly beneficial but not essential.
