We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to support a busy engineering sales team. You will handle enquiries, process orders, and provide excellent customer service while helping to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Handle and process sales enquiries for products
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities
- Process customer orders and sales invoices
- Calculate carriage costs and coordinate dispatch
- Provide accurate product information to customers

- Proven sales ability with a results‐driven approach
- Confident communicator with strong closing skills
- Good numerical ability (products priced per metre)
