Overview
An experienced Events Coordinator is required for a well-established educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organise recruitment events and open days.
- Deliver comprehensive event planning, including booking facilities, managing logistics, and issuing timely communications before and after events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events, track registrations, and escalate concerns about attendance.
- Prepare detailed event briefs, including timelines, staffing, equipment, and room setup plans.
- Assist with designing, delivering, and running virtual events such as webinars, live chats, and presentations.
- Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders, presenters, companies, and event organisers.

- Flexible to work additional hours as and when required including weekends.
