Our client is looking for a hard-working Production Operator to work within their busy manufacturing plant. The successful Production Operator candidate will have a willingness to work, a good eye for detail and be able to work within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently to manufacture high-quality products to company standards
- Monitoring product quality throughout the production process and carrying out basic checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous, although full training can be provided
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Flexible approach to work with a positive attitude towards learning new skills and processes
