Clockwork Education are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant for a lovely school in County Durham. This role is part time and will require you to work half days, 5 days a week 08:30 - 12:00.
Responsibilities- Working with small groups and some 1:1 within Nursery / Reception
- Supporting the children through all lessons and encouraging them to stay on task
- Ability to use own initiative and to change lesson plan when needed
- Good behaviour management
- Relevant level 2 qualification within EYFS
- The ability to provide 2 x educational based references (preferably)
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
- A keen interest in working with and supporting children with SEND
