Clockwork Education have been approached by a lovely, welcoming school in the Durham area to assist them to find a general cover Teaching Assistant to support them from May 2026. The role will be ongoing until July 2026 at least and will involve you working 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Offering general support across the school to support pupils with all areas of the National Curriculum
- Working independently with small groups of children and some one to one
- To use own initiative and have the ability to change plans accordingly
Requirements
- Previous experience within a supporting role
- Confident and experienced in working with small groups of children
- Level 2 Qualification
- Provide 2 references, preferably from an educational background
- To hold or put in process an enhanced DBS disclosure
