The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Clockwork Education have been approached by a lovely, welcoming school in County Durham to assist them to find a Nursery Teaching Assistant to support them immediately on a full time basis. The role will involve you working 5 days a week from 8.30am until 3.30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Working within the nursery setting of the school to work with small groups of children and may require some one-to-one work
  • Recording evidence of key children meeting targets - Read Write Inc knowledge advantageous but not essential
  • Using own initiative to take the lead and to change activity plans if needed

Requirements

  • Level 2 EYFS specific qualification
  • Ability to provide 2 x educational based references
  • Confident and experienced in working with small groups of children
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy knowledge
  • Good behaviour management
