Our building based within the heart of Cheltenham, Festival House, is home to a varied community of businesses who rely on our reception team to look after their colleagues, guests and visitors to the building, creating the best impression from arrival onward.
Managing tasks from sign in to the building to protocols for deliveries, access and security, you will be the main point of contact for the buildings community to resolve any issues they might need support with, from maintenance requests to event planning.
The role of receptionist is a varied one, drawing on your skills as a great organiser, communicator and relationship builder. Ideally, you will come from a background in hotels or the wider hospitality industry and have a strong front of house background in guest facing roles.
