Clockwise Offices offer flexible workspace and meeting rooms that are as personal as they are professional, in key locations across the UK and mainland Europe. Clockwise Cheltenham, located within Festival House, holds a thriving community with beautiful private offices, dedicated desks and meeting rooms . We are looking for a community coordinator to join our team. You will be a focal point for our members and guests. There to support with everything from a meeting room booking to an IT support request, your role is all about allowing our members to do their best work, whilst you take care of the details of running an office. No two days will be the same within this role you will find yourself involved with hosting building orientations, arranging member events, setting up meeting rooms and taking bookings as well as dealing with any requests our members might have. Key responsibilities: Delivering the Clockwise Customer journey to all visitors and members in the building a great welcome and resolution/escalation of any reported issues
