Clockwise Cheltenham, located within Festival House, holds a thriving community with beautiful private offices, dedicated desks and meeting rooms.

We are looking for a community coordinator to join our team.

You will be a focal point for our members and guests. There to support with everything from a meeting room booking to an IT support request, your role is all about allowing our members to do their best work, whilst you take care of the details of running an office.

No two days will be the same within this role you will find yourself involved with hosting building orientations, arranging member events, setting up meeting rooms and taking bookings as well as dealing with any requests our members might have.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering the Clockwise Customer journey to all visitorsand members in the building a great welcome and resolution/escalation of any reported issues.
  • Ensure there is adequate cover on the reception/welcome desk,Compiling handover notesand communicating daily events and activities to your colleagues.Managing post and deliveries to the building, manage incoming calls to the building.
  • You will be participating in the creation ofcontent suggestions for social media,Clockwiseweb and other channels to the marketing teamas directed by your location General Manager/marketingteam
  • Generate ideas and take part in planning and delivery of our member event programming.

Working hours:

As community coordinator you will work Monday to Friday. Hours of work will vary slightly with some requirement for evening work. This is a salaried, full time role.
