Clockhouse is a large Primary School situated in Collier Row. The school was rated Outstanding by Ofsted (June 2023). We are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner for the role of Deputy SEND Co who is ambitious to develop as a leader and to join and further improve our school.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Be inspirational and able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice with an assured and confident classroom manner.
- Demonstrate a successful track record in teaching in either KS1, KS2 or both.
- Committed to high standards of achievement and behaviour.
- Demonstrate the ability to ensure whole school improvement in a particular area.
- Be innovative, highly motivated and passionate about children’s learning.
- Be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate qualities of an effective leader and manager.
- Already have the SENCo Accreditation or be willing to undertake this qualification.
The successful candidate will be required to work highly effectively with our very established Inclusion Lead and in conjunction with the Middle Leadership Team to develop the provision of this area across the school.
