The Clockworks is a thriving, family‑friendly community pub located just outside Swansea on the main Swansea Valley road in Ystradgynlais. Ideally positioned, it attracts regular custom from nearby villages as well as the main town, and is only a short drive from the stunning Brecon Beacons.

This popular pub offers multiple reasons to visit, with a strong food‑led proposition at its heart. It boasts a high‑quality Marston’s branded menu, a dedicated pizza kitchen, a children's play area, and an attractive outdoor space perfect for long lunches and sunset drinks.

Currently achieving average net sales of approximately 20,000 per week, the business operates on a 30/70 wet‑to‑food sales split, making it a very food‑focused operation. As such, it would suit an experienced food‑led operator or manager with a proven track record in running successful kitchen operations, alongside the ability to drive marketing promotions, events, and compelling reasons to visit.
