Asset Officer, Property Services — Hybrid Role

Cloch Housing Association Ltd is recruiting an Asset Officer to join our Property Services team to help shape the future of our housing stock and communities. The role covers asset management, planned and cyclical maintenance, compliance, and contractor management across 1,500 homes in Inverclyde.

You will work with colleagues, contractors and customers to deliver repairs, data analysis and service improvements in a supportive, ambitious team environment.
