Are you passionate about BIM, digital construction, and cutting-edge technology? This is an exciting time to join CLM Fireproofing. As leaders in passive fire protection and compliance, we've recently launched NEXUS, our bespoke Revit plugin, designed to bring certainty, compliance and control into the design stage. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented BIM Technician to join our innovative BIM team.
About the Role
- Working closely with our Head of BIM, you'll play a key role in delivering passive fire protection projects from design through to completion.
- Creating and managing BIM models.
- Coordinating with project stakeholders.
- Supporting the development of our industry-leading BIM technology.
Requirements
- Strong BIM knowledge and an interest in construction technology.
- Experience using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Architecture qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in construction technology and digital innovation.
- Experience within passive fire protection or firestopping is advantageous but not essential.
