We are looking for a motivated Estimator to join our Fire Doors & Remediation team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our Fire Doors division and wider passive fire protection services.
About the Role
This role would be particularly well suited to an Assistant Estimator looking to take the next step in their career and progress into a fully-fledged Estimator position within a growing and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects, analysing project requirements and ensuring quotations align with both client expectations and CLM Fireproofing's commercial objectives. Initially, your main focus will be supporting our Fire Doors division, which has a strong pipeline of secured Framework contracts requiring definition, measurement and quotation. You will also gain exposure to the wider Public Sector market, including opportunities involving Firestopping and Compartmentation projects.
About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator within commercial and/or construction projects.
- Experience within passive fire protection, fire doors, firestopping or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in estimation software and associated tools.
- Experience taking projects from receipt of documentation through to completed quotation.
- The ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in passive fire protection or firestopping would be advantageous.
