Role Overview

The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering high‑quality, engaging content across multiple channels. From blogs, case studies, and social media to email campaigns and video scripts, your content will build brand awareness, generate leads, and support our mission of redefining aftercare in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals and campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and publish content including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, press releases, and social posts.
  • Manage and grow clixifix®’s social media presence with engaging, on‑brand content.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead‑generation initiatives.
  • Repurpose content across channels (e.g., turning blogs into infographics, email snippets, or video scripts).
  • Maintain and optimise the content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create content that supports customer acquisition and retention.
  • Track performance of content (engagement, SEO, conversions) and use data to improve future campaigns.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role (ideally B2B SaaS or tech).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and content scheduling tools.
  • Experience creating content for multiple formats (blogs, email, social, web, video scripts, etc.).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
  • A background in construction, property, or SaaS would be a bonus but not essential.
