We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our prestigious Cliveden Dining Room, a 3 Rosette restaurant at Cliveden House. This role is integral to our commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for fine dining, and a dedication to excellence.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Have extensive experience in a similar role within a high‑end restaurant or luxury hotel
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
- Embrace a hands‑on approach, actively participating in service, staff training, and daily operations
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverages, including menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings
- Show a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism in the dining area
- Display strong leadership and communication skills, effectively managing and inspiring the restaurant team
- Be adaptable and able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced dining environment
