Cliveden House is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Therapist to lead our spa and wellness team. As the Head Therapist, you will play a crucial role in creating a rejuvenating and luxurious experience for our guests in the tranquil setting of Cliveden House. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team and contribute to the overall well-being of our guests.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Support in the leadership of the spa team, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
- Oversee the planning of spa treatments, ensuring an exceptional and personalised experience for each guest.
- Conduct training sessions for spa therapists to enhance their skills and maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in spa therapies to continuously improve the spa offerings.
- Maintain spa equipment and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and serene environment for guests.
