We are currently in search of an Assistant Head Sommelier to join our esteemed team at Cliveden House, where the artistry of wine meets unparalleled hospitality. This role presents an extraordinary opportunity to collaborate with our Head Sommelier in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests. We are seeking an individual with a proven background in the world of wines, an experienced palate, and a commitment to elevating the dining experience.

- Possess a sommelier background, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
- Collaborate with our Head Sommelier in leading the wine service team to uphold the highest standards
- Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring each guest receives personalised guidance in their wine selections
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of wine pairings to enhance the overall dining experience
- Show a commitment to cultivating a sophisticated and memorable atmosphere in our 3 Rosette Cliveden Dining Room
- Display a keen interest in continuous refinement of the wine programme to exceed the expectations of our discerning guests
