We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Advisor (also known locally as a Property Manager) to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Birkenhead: The Wirral. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Starting Salary: £25,000

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues
