Reports to: Head of People & Culture

Direct Reports: responsibility for Trainees, with administrative support from the HR Assistant

  • Designing and delivering a next level L&D framework that makes learning stick
  • Running our Trainee Programme – from recruitment to helping future leaders thrive
  • Partnering with managers to spot learning needs and roll out creative solutions
  • Building career pathways, performance management and appraisal frameworks that boost engagement and retention
  • Launching leadership and management programmes that prepare people for tomorrow
  • Making CPD and compliance feel simple (and maybe even enjoyable!)
  • Using feedback and data to keep levelling up our approach
  • Managing budgets and providers without losing sight of the fun stuff
  • Spreading a culture of curiosity, collaboration and knowledge sharing
