You will help us build a strong pipeline of future talent by developing relationships with schools, colleges and universities and making sure we’re attracting the right people into Clive Owen.
You’ll take ownership of the trainee recruitment process, from attraction through to selection, offer and onboarding, ensuring we bring the right people into the business.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end trainee experience, from professional study and apprenticeships through to progression and qualification, making sure trainees are supported, challenged and held accountable to achieve their potential.
This is a role with real ownership across the full early career’s lifecycle.
You’ll shape how we attract, select, develop and retain our future talent, working closely with managers and the L&D Manager to ensure everything is joined up and effective.

- Working with the HR Administrator to ensure offers, contracts and pre-employment administration are completed smoothly

- Supporting trainees to navigate their professional development journey and helping them build confidence as they progress through qualification
- Continuously improving how we support, develop and retain trainees through to qualification and beyond

Experience in early careers, recruitment, apprenticeships, learning coordination or HR would be helpful.
Experience working with professional qualifications or training providers such as Kaplan would be an advantage but is not essential.
